The Gabija Veil is a full lace Juliet cap veil, made entirely of Chantilly lace and finished with a softly scalloped lace edge. A lace Juliet cap frames the head like a quiet halo, and from it a long lace veil falls over the shoulders and down the back. Soft ivory, finely patterned, handcrafted and made to order.

A lace cap veil is the most romantic way to wear a veil: it sits close to the head, it stays, and the lace does everything. Seen from the front it is a delicate crown of flowers. Seen from behind it is a long, translucent drape that moves with every step and catches the light at the scalloped edge. It is made for the bride who is married in a church, a garden or an old brick courtyard, and who wants something that looks as if it has always belonged to her family.

Named for Gabija, the Lithuanian goddess of fire and the family hearth, this veil carries the same warmth: old-world, steady, made to be kept.
