1. Shipping Methods
We offer two main shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – Delivery time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the country.
- Express Shipping – Delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you prefer a quicker delivery, you can choose express shipping for an additional cost.
- Standard Shipping: Free of charge.
- Express Shipping: The cost depends on the country and the weight of the order. You can view the exact cost at the checkout page.
3. Order Processing
- Custom Veils: Please note that the standard production time for custom veils is 3-4 weeks.
- In-Stock Items: All veils in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). All orders placed before 12:00 PM local time will be shipped the same day (if the item is in stock). Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: From 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Express Shipping: From 2 to 5 business days.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. International Shipping
